Sorry, I can't send you an invitation in Australia. I text "UR Up" during the email draft, which has a 1-hour clock on weekend drafts and 4-hour during the week. This facilitates a speedy draft, usually completed in 3-5 hours weekends and a day weekdays. It isn't as fast as the NFL, but it's a heck of a lot better than other email drafts that drag on for weeks if not months and alleviates the team owners from having to closely monitor the progress of the draft. It also allows trades and analysis time during the draft, which live drafts don't. I've been doing text email drafts since 2017 and have tried team owners from outside the time zones common to the continental USA and it simply hasn't worked out well.
