IDP. 30 keepers. email draft starts as soon as the final pick of the 7th round is made. team is asked to checkin for draft upon taking over. teams have a 24 hour clock if they check in. if they dont they get a 12. if a team misses their pick they be commish picked until they message they have returned. 2 missed picks and commish picked for rest of draft. league also has a rule during the season that two weeks on an invalid starting lineups and owner will be removed and replaced. invalid lineup means empty spots, players with injuries or byes in you starting lineups, or free agents/suspended players in your starting lineup. This keeps all my leagues very competitive.
