All you do to get it is leave one flex slot open. When te week is over, whoever on your bench scored the most points, you get his score edited into your past box score. That can lead to some pretty bonus scores. It is easier to compete with the guys who have built teams because all you need to do is keep your bench full of guys, and leave a flex open. One of those guys is gonna be a one game wonder and fetch you rediculous points. So even if you need to build, it is easier here. You can still compete if you maintain your bench.
