I'd go with Smith for the safer play. Big difference for Alex Smith to go up against the Colts D on the road (instead of coming in late vs. Houston). Mario Manningham could be out this week, which would mean more targets for Smith.
I like Crabtree and think this is the game he has a breakout!! Had 3 weeks to learn system and a QB who is not afraid to throw the ball!! With Gore on the ground and Crabtree through the air, this will be SFs week!!
Smith is a good WR and is mainly Eli's go to guy, but 2 weeks in a row, the G-men have been looking like a subpar team!! Facing a very tough D in Philly I do believe they will face their 3rd lost!!
With that you have a pick here and this is how it goes:
Crabtree if you believe like me that this is the breakout game or
Smith if you want to playit safe, but Philly's D will be all over Eli and the passing game!!!
