Whoa...that's a bit tough. I think Ray Rice might be too hot to bench despite the stout DEN D. The same can probably be said for Ronnie Brown, he's looked good this season.
I'm currently debating whether or not to start Smith. His match-up is great but that offense is not.
On the other hand, if Matt Forte is going to have a big game this year, it should be this week against a terrible CLE D.

I am planning to start 2 RB's and I'm choosing from Matt Forte, Kevin Smith, Ray Rice, and Ronnie Brown. It is a PPR league.
What do you think?

Tough one, given it's PPR I like K.Smith and Ronnie ... think Forte will bounce back this week, but Bears O-line has shown little signs of life
