I agree with VoltronForce. If its a keeper league it's a great move. BUT for the one year move... if Marshall decides he needs to clean up his childish antics by sticking around the Broncos another year and playing hard, then he will get most looks. Once Marshall gets out of town Royal will shine, but not until then. Another thing is ORTON who is mediocre at best. Not that Edwards is anything amazing but I think he will get better whereas Orton is as good as he is going to get. TO will get in Edwards ear like he did with romo and get plenty of looks. I think if it's for this one year you might have made a mistake.
In a keeper league I think it was definitely a good choice. For a redraft league I think you could go either way. T.O. tends to have huge years when going in to a new system. Eddie now has a new coach and an injured QB, but he should really excel in the McDaniels offense. I don't think you could go wrong either way, but I think T.O. has an edge this year.
To be honest, I'm a big Boys fan and welcomed the fact that they got rid of T.O. but here is the problem, he's going to shine in Bills land as he is the ONLY real WR they have and they have no problem getting him the ball!! I expect T.O. to have a BIG year like he did 2 years ago with Dallas as he and Romo was the Number 1 TD machine!!

I passed on T.O. for Eddie Royal... Good decision?

I think it's close, I like Royal to wind up with more receptions, T.O. with more TDs
