Well your league isn't actually using standard rosters for Fleaflicker. You have an added starting RB that standard leagues don't have (you have 2 rbs plus a flex, standard is 1 RB and a flex).

Definitely, like steaky said, keep the 2 RBs. Since there is that extra RB slot, it gives you a lot of flexibility in regards to who you draft in the first couple of rounds. Since there are only two keepers, there will be a couple of studs still on the board when you pick.

Manning, Schaub, Austin, Calvin, Roddy, DeAngelo, Greene, Mathews are all solid picks, with Forte, P. Thomas and J. Charles being possibilities as well.

I think you should definitely do either WR/WR or RB/WR, depending on who is on the board. Pass on a QB the first couple of picks because there are plenty to go around in a ten team league. I would bet you could wait until the 5th/6th round to get a solid guy.

A good strategy would be to go RB/WR followed by WR/TE (assuming Gates, Davis, Celek, Clark or Finley will be on the board still) and then QB/WR or even QB/QB if there are two good guys left so you can play matchups and have your bye week covered at the same time.

the difference between filling your 2rb slots with studs, and taking a qb is well pretty clear cut, manning will be there at 10 and if not, I would go wr wr at 10-11 pks. then come back for a 2nd tier qb, flacco, kolb, stratford, goodluck
