You already have Brady and Peyton on your team, why on Earth would you trade away the second overall pick for Brees when you can keep either of those two?
Brady (or Peyton) + #2 pick > Brees
Think about it this way, would you rather have -
Brees
MJD
or
Brady (or Payton)
MJD
One of the following - Ray Rice SJAX, Turner, Andre Johnson or any of the studs available at the number 2 pick?
Having three studs is better than 2.
Unless there is some rule in your league where your team isn't allowed to keep Brady or Manning then there is no way you should even think about making that trade.

This is a keeper 2 player keeper league and I'm currently keeper Jones-Drew and Crabtree.
