I'm having tough thoughts here... I know that I want Austin Collie, however I don't know who to drop instead... Mike Sims Walker (who was basically absent in week 1), or Donald Driver (who I'm uncomfortable about at his age, even though he CAN put up numbers).
Or maybe even make a reach and drop DeSean Jackson? I don't exactly want to drop a top 3 WR of last year, but it seems that Maclin is the favorite of both Kolb and Vick...
Collie is a #3 WR at best. When Gonzales comes back he will probably be a #4. I don't know what the Colts see in Gonzales, but they like something about him. Last week the Colts were behind so they had to pass, so Collies chances were inflated. I like Collie, but I think dropping any of those guys to get him would be a big mistake. I would give Sims-Walker a few more weeks, before bailing on him. If I am not mistaken, Champ Bailey was covering him most of the game. DeSean Jackson was matched up on Charles Woodson most of the game I think and if I had a choice between throwing the ball close to Woodson or Tramon Williams, I think I am going to Williams' side 99% of the time. Donald Driver is like Derrick Mason. "Mr Old Reliable". He doesn't get hurt and knows how to get tackled without being hurt. I think I covered everyone. Keep what you have for a few more weeks and I think you will be happy with the results.
no expert here by any means, but i cant imagine dropping any of those guys for Collie. i guess Sims-Walker if you just HAVE to do it, definitely not the others
