This week (week 1), should I come out of the gates with Cutler or wait it out and go with Big Ben ?

Ben has a slight edge here in my opinion for one reason he is likely all season (with the exception of maybe the opening week vs. a quality hard nosed def. like the titans)to throw the ball in the flow of a offenseve attack and let his playmakers make the said-Cutler at least in half his starts will be throwing when forced to whether its early or especially late in games which also takes away a huge strenght of his play action passing.couple that with te olsen basically being his best target and or forte's rb receiptions it points to a lot of attempts with an avg. or below % and not alot of yards as well as interceptions espec vs. div. tms gb and minn who both albeit differently will give him "fits"

I would say Cutler. Ben (who I like) has a reason he is never a top tier fantasy QB- he has consistently low stats. I know that Cutler (who I don't really like) is new and doesn't have great wrs, but they didn't bring a known slinger in to pound the ball out on the ground. Look for the bears to throw it in the red zone- even if it's to the RBs and TEs. Also I see them going long to Hester at least twice a game.

In my opinion, Ben has been with his wide receivers' longer than Jay, and Ben has 2 proven go-to receivers in Hines Ward and Santonio Holmes.

Jay is still getting to know his wide receivers, and so far Chicago has no clearly defined standout receiver. Tight end Greg Olsen is all they can count on for the moment, and that aint much. So I would go with Ben over Jay.

I would go with Cutler. Remember the numbers he put up in Denver were his first 3 years as a pro. Marshall was drafted the same year, and Royal was a rookie last year. I believe Cutler is one of those talents who can make his receivers better than they have been. Remember, he and Earl Bennett played together for a year at Vanderbilt, so there's already a rapport there. And both Hester and Bennett are in their third year as NFL WRs(Hester didn't play WR his rookie year). Also, he never had a RB who could catch the ball out of the backfield like Forte can. And Olsen is a much better pass catcher then Tony Scheffler. All in all, Cutler is a #1 fantasy QB and Big Ben is a #2.
