Favre is a QB2 with upside of putting up QB1 numbers depending on the week. Favre's opening schedule is especially soft -- CLE, DET, SF, GB, STL. Gotta like the DET and STL matchups.
Vick, not so much. Unless you play in a very deep league or McNabb goes down with injury, he shouldn't be on a roster.
And I start, lol!! Regarding Vick (and keep in mind that he is on the team that I hate the most lol) and his role, Vick was brought in for a reason and MOST writers seem to be blind to it but not me!! McNabb has yet to prove he can handle a Big pressure game (like the one he lost his cookies in, lol) and has been on a downward slide for the past couple of seasons. McNabb USED to be able to run, but that has gone south too!!
Vick (minus what he did off the field) is one of the BEST QB runners in the game right now!! Vick can play Wideout, QB or RB and this will make it hard for opponents to plan for!!
Keep this in mind too, McNabb start slow or does bad, Philly fans WILL revolt and DEMAND Vick be put in the starting role, which I say 70% chance of that happening!!
Bottom line Vick vs McNabb is a no contest, with the winner being Vick!!
Vick no..They will mostly use him as a decoy and in the gimmick wildcat...Not unless McNabb gets injured then his value goes up (A little)...Favre is a good QB2 if he stays healthy...My worry with Favre is his decline in the second half last season...Age kills!

Do you think these two returning QBs are worth anything?

Vick, as long as he's a backup, has little/no value. If Donovan McNabb gets hurt, though (not a very small if), he'll be worth a look at QB2.
Farve is a definite QB2 with QB1 potential depending on whether Percy Harvin steps up and Berrian and Shiancoe repeat stellar seasons.
