I run a bunch of free dynasty leagues on Fleaflicker. The trouble with free leagues is finding active owners who actually care about setting lineups and staying engaged during the season. I'm looking for owners who can do that, and unfortunately through the first few weeks I have already identified some owners who have been inactive for a while
