Determining Draft Order for DYNASTY LEAGUE OF LEGENDS
The draft picks from 8 through 14 are dictated by the team's progress during the playoffs... The team that wins the league's championship will have the 14th selection, while the league's championship runner-up will have the 13th selection. Selections 12 and 11 consist of the teams that lost in the conference championship round. The higher of the two teams will have the 12th selection, with the other team having the 11th selection. For selections 8 through 10, those consist of the teams that lost during the wild-card playoff round. The higher team landing the 10th selection and the lower team landing the 8th. Where you are seeded going into the playoffs would determine where your pick would be the following year only for the losing teams. This would mean the lowest seed would get the higher pick and so on. For selections 1 through 7, these will consist of the 7 teams that did not make the playoffs. These 7 teams will play to determine their draft position. For selections 3 through 6, those consist of the 8th through 11th place teams. The winner gets the 4th selection, while the loser will have the 5th selection. Selections 6 and 7 consist of the teams that lost. The winner gets the 6th selection, while the loser will have the 7th selection. For selections 1 through 3, those consist of the 12th through 14th place teams. The winner gets the 1st selection, while the loser will have the 2nd selection. The loser of the 12th and 13th place teams will have the 3rd selection.
The criteria used to figure the order is as follows:
1. Overall winning percentage.
2. Then each team's total points scored (points for).
3. Then head to head record.
Draft Notes
Should there be a trade protest (veto vote) or unforeseen system problems, the draft may be delayed at the commissioner's discretion. The league commissioner will notify everyone if this situation arises.
In the event an owner allows the timer limit to expire, the league software will immediately select the best player available using current average draft position data. This service is provided for unforeseen emergencies. The software generated pick will not consider positional needs, so if you know you're going to be busy or away from your computer please use the Pre-Draft function. If you take the time to select players in the "My Draft List" the software will select from those selections before using the "average draft".
You must be in compliance with roster minimums at the conclusion of your initial Draft. Please see "Roster minimums".

DYNASTY LEAGUE OF LEGENDS – Waivers
(During the season)
Any player not currently on an active league roster is a free agent (NBA players only). Free Agents are handled by a waivers process. The waivers process runs on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Dropped players remain on waivers for at least 2 day(s). You cannot trade your weekly free-agent drafting position. If your team roster is full, if you acquire a player, then you must also drop a player. Free agency is an active function from weeks 1-26. You have a maximum of 3 add/drops per period. You have unlimited moves until the start of the season.
(During the playoffs)
You have a maximum of 3 add/drops per period and once you are eliminated, you cannot use the 3 pickups given on Sunday after the games start for the week coming up.
"Dropped Players" and "Waiver Wire Transactions" are final.

Format
2 PG, 2 SG, 2 SF, 2 PF, 2 C, 4 FLEX. Players are eligible at their primary position only determined by CBS.
Owners are permitted to submit starting players up until 5 minutes before the game time for each player. Once a player's game has begun, those players are locked in as a starter or as a bench player.
Throwing Games
The act of "throwing games", which is losing on purpose by submitting a lineup full of players that would not normally be started, will not be tolerated. Further action, such as the possible removal from the league, may be taken.
DYNASTY LEAGUE OF LEGENDS Trading
During Season:
There is no limit to the number of players a team can trade in a given week. Trades are subject to a 2-day voting period, where at most 7 objections are allowed. Trades receiving more than 7 objections are sent to the commissioner for approval. Once approved by the league Commissioner, The trade will be official. Trade results will be posted on the website of the league. As a trade is approved, the team(s) rosters will automatically be updated and a transaction record will be listed. No trades can be made after the trade deadline of 11:59 pm et 03/01/24.
Players acquired are available immediately for use in the lineup the day they are picked up if the first game of the day hasn't started.
A player cannot be traded back to a team until the following year. This is to avoid collusion. EXAMPLE: If a player or players from team A is traded away on July 7, 2023 to team B then team A can't acquire that player or players back from team B until July 7, 2024.
During the Off-Season:
During the off-season, you can make as many trades as you wish but both teams must be renewed. Trades are allowed in the off-season from the end of the Playoffs until the trade deadline of 11:59 pm et 03/01/24.
A player cannot be traded back to a team until the following year. This is to avoid collusion. EXAMPLE: If a player or players from team A is traded away on July 7, 2023 to team B then team A can't acquire that player or players back from team B until July 7, 2024.

Any time a trade makes it to the commissioner, you must include a detailed explanation to the commissioner as to why you are voting against a trade.
All transactions are final.

Will be sorted 1st by winning percentage, if needed then by Total Points, then by Head to Head Record, if still tied then by a coin flip.
The divisional winners will then be ranked for the playoff bracket 1-2 1st by winning percentage, if needed then by Total Points, then by Head to Head Record, if still tied then by a coin flip.
Wildcard Spots
The best 5 teams of the remaining 12 will be the wildcard teams. They will be sorted by winning percentage, then by Total Points, then by Head to Head Record, if still tied then by a coin flip. Their playoff ranking will be 3-7.
