The available team has a bad record because the previous owner went a month without setting a lineup. Finally decided to boot him for inactivity. Even with the bad record, it's not too late to come back and make playoffs. 8 out of 14 teams make playoffs each season. Please only join if you'll be active and long-term committed to a dynasty league.
