I think that Ohtani should have P eligibility heading into 2020. It appears for the time being that the eligibility has fallen off.
I understand that he didn't appear as a pitcher last year, but I don't think it makes sense to have to wait for X number of starts before he's considered a pitcher again.
I strongly agree with this sentiment. While the official requirement would suggest he shouldn't maintain pitcher eligibility because he played 100+ games last year with 0 appearances as a pitcher, this is clearly an exceptional case for a new type of player and it has been made clear that he will be playing as a pitcher.

Most sites have him draftable as 2 seperate players, one Pitcher and one hitter. I think it should be ther same here.
