What happens if you put the same amount of FAB budget on a free agent as another team? What is the tie breaker and who gets the player?

How are tied bids handled?

When two or more teams submit the same bid for a player, the player is awarded to the team with worst rank.

Very interesting. That's what I figured but I really wasn't sure

That said, I sort of wish it didn't work this way. Case in point, this week I put in a $0 bid for Damien Williams and another for Justin Jackson. So did another team that apparently was ahead in the waiver order for breaking the bid tie. They ended up with both players. I would have thought that after the first grab, that team would move to the end of the line and then I'd have at least gotten Jackson. However, it appears that if your team has the better waiver position, the ties will always be broken in your favor that week (and in the playoffs it's fixed throughout based on seeding, I believe). Maybe I'd feel differently if I were on the other side of it lol.

I imagine it resorts to the rules around waiver position: "The team with the better waiver position will be awarded the player (usually waiver position is determined by power/playoff rank, which is shown on the league standings page under Rank)."
