We're replacing one of our most confusing settings: lock recently added. It was designed to prevent waiver churning (player cycling) by preventing owners from dropping a player the same week they were added if there wasn't enough time for somebody else to claim them.
We've added a new option that returns players to free agency if they're added and released within 24 hours. This prevents waiver churning but doesn't restrict other owners.
This will be the default for new leagues but you can start using it immediately: League » Settings » Edit Waiver Wire Rules » Prevent Waiver Churning

Players dropped/cut today immediately became free agents instead of being subject to waivers (24 hours).
