If I have it set the Reset Weekly Order to No, what happens if someone claims a player off the waiver wire list. For example lets say a team was 1st in the waiver wire order and they claimed a player. Do they remain first or do they go to the bottom of the list because they claimed a player? Basically do you lose your waiver wire position if you claim a player if it is set to No.
Whenever you claim a player, regardless of current waiver position, you will go to the end of the line, i.e. from 1st to 12th (in a 12 team league). Since you will not be resetting the order weekly, the only way to move up the priority list is if someone else claims someone off of waivers. If the order is reset weekly then the worst team gets moved to number 1, the second worst will be 2, etc.
