Two owners agreed to trade on Wednesday for Hurts and the trade went through after he played Thursday. Everyone in the league has agreed to allow the manager who traded for Hurts to use him this week retroactively. Is that something that can be done by the commissioner this week or only after the week is over?
Right now Hurts is stuck on the bench of the team that traded him away.

It'll process once the NFL week is over. However the teams trading away said players retain the points for the week (since the trade hasn't technically processed)
IE: whatever team traded Hurts away still get his points from Thursday for the week
