I figured it out. For some batting statistics the DH was turned off and as such those players would not receive the normal points when in the line up as DH. Perhaps I forgot to include DH in the custom rules, although if that is the case I only forgot certain statistics. Because other stats did have DH applied. Incidentally, in the customizable stats you can have all hitting points be attributed to pitchers, creating SUPER OHTANI. We won't do that in our league, but it is possible.

The day to day stats seem to be off for certain players.
