Where do we request help on a problem with FF. Here on Support Forum or via Contact Us?
They seem to be redundant.
Support Forum appears to be a board for users to post but users can't make the changes requested or look into FF issues. I've sent in questions to Contact Us, but never receive a reply, so that Avenue appears futile.
On here for 16 seasons now and FF support is worse than ever.
Unfortunately we can't offer the same level of support we have in the past. We fix bugs data issues immediately but we no longer respond to general questions about your league.

Why didn't my team make the playoffs? How were tiebreakers applied to my team?
If you go to the playoff bracket (League » Playoffs), there is a detailed breakdown of the tiebreakers in the left-hand column of the page (desktop view). If you don't see anything listed in the Tiebreakers column, then it means that the commissioner has edited the playoff seedings and the tiebreakers no longer apply.
Note: If there is a tie with 3 or more teams, the best head-to-head record can only be applied if one team has defeated each of the others or if one team has lost to each of the others or else it's skipped and the next tiebreaker option is used to break the big tie into a smaller one or to break the tie.
Ok that is interesting but what if your problem is one where we need help from FleaFlicker. Like say the commissioner abandoning a league and being unable to replace them? You have literally just said we have no recourse there.
I'm a grown man and commission my leagues as such. I'm only trying to help a fellow Commissioner out. I don't have problems with sore losers dropping players or Taysom Hill's scoring in my leagues because I run them like a Boss Ass Commissioner.
