In two of my 3 leagues on Fleaflicker, a person can cut their kicker and defense which allows them to pick up another player or two without going over the roster limit. In the other league, it does not allow people to use this strategy. How do I change the setting in this league to get it to allow owners to drop kicker and def to not count against roster limit?

I think you need to go to 'Edit Roster Requirements', and then change the roster minimums for K & D/ST to zero.
