I am commish is a number of leagues and may move to just staying in certain ones. Is there a limit one can leave, if it's done before the league draft for the season, before one would get a red flag?

I'm not abandoning leagues, I just want to move to only play in 12 team leagues, and I plan to gift the league to another owner to continue.
