Sometimes the Commish isn't handling business. Like stating the draft won't start until there are 10 teams, or not holding to the 12 hour OTC and letting owners take 20+ hours to make a pick when people have other things to do as well and already working with it in order to get through the draft but I've had to leave leagues due to it. Why should owners reliability go down for leaving leagues where the Commish isn't handling business and being rather wishy washy?
The red flag is added by an owner's display name when their reliability rating has dropped. It can drop either because an owner has dropped out of too many leagues post-draft, or because they have been voted out of a league.
His rating will drop, and you will probably want to look for a new owner. Sometimes life just gets busy for people (work hours increase, sickness, new baby, etc.). Then there are people who don't like their team post-draft and want to drop the league. Hopefully that's not the case with your owner!

I think I read somewhere it may be due to dropping out of leagues.
