You can do this by going to Team>Settings>Drop Out Of League (on the bottom).

Bill Give you registered email address and I will have Ori the site manager give you one of the teams in our league that is not playing, you could even post something so the other guy in your 2 man league can do the same and he could have the other team.

Bill, As long as you haven't drafted you can go to the "My Teams" page and select "delete team"
