Is there some way to set roster position limits for the draft no matter if the player is on reserve or not?
I had a draft where the limit was 4 QB. Two owners had a QB on reserve and were able to draft a 5th QB.
I understand if a player is on IR during the season, you wouldn't want to have to cut (for example in Superflex or 2 QB) Kyler because 2 QB are on BYE the same week while he's out for the ACL. In this example, in order to pick up a backup QB to play, it would mean cutting a starter or taking fewer points than a QB would provide and maybe lose the week.
During the draft it's a different situation, wherein everyone deserves a fair chance to develop a competitive roster.

In league settings, configure draft, players on injured reserve, select treat like any other player. I believe that will do it.
