It's too late now, but for future reference there is an option under the League Settings that only the Commissioner can access that allows for re-seeding or not. Re-seeding on will ensure that the #1 seed plays the lowest seed (like the NFL does), and re-seeding off will make it a traditional bracket format (like March Madness). Also this setting cannot be changed once playoffs start, so make sure it is the way your League wants it prior to playoffs starting in future years.

How is the seeding for the second round of playoffs?
Does the #1 play the lowest seed left in playoffs? If so how do I fix that?
