We have players who are dropped that are/aren't going to waivers when they are dropped. As an example, today (April 27) Alex Verdugo was dropped at 0846 EDT but is now locked on waivers until Thursday but Charlie Blackmon was also dropped this morning (April 27) at 0819 EDT but he is not on waivers.
Both players should be on waivers as our setting is for 24 hours upon being dropped.
Another example is Christian Yelich was dropped on April 26 at 1704 EDT but is locked on waivers until Thursday April 28. He is supposed to unlock today, April 27. The Brewers game today doesn't start until after a full 24 hours from when Yelich was dropped.
