I run a *really* detailed league including just about every stat possible including 8 starting IDP. We just chatted that it might be fun to add offensive line along the lines of the way traditional leagues do D/ST. Basically, one would draft, for example, the Philly OLine or the Dallas OLine.
Stat options would be something like offensive yards (probably 1 per 25 or so) with negatives for sacks and TFLs. There are probably others, plus stuff like team 20+/40+/60+ gainers.
I realize we're probably the only league in existence that might use it, but I figured it was better to ask than not.
First they have to give fantasy points for how deep Punters down the ball inside the 20 (instead of giving the same points for all punts downed inside the 20). Until then, here's what they should do with your idea...
