How do I set my waivers up so that they are like my football waivers where every team has a chance to put waivers in on a player and they are processed once a week. The setting "Process Game-Start Waivers On Wednesday, Thursday, etc" is in the football options but not in the hockey options

Football waivers run differently than hockey waivers unfortunately, you won't be able to do that. Sorry.
