I've been doing some reading on how the IR roster spots work on this site and from what I've read it sounds like from early February to late July all NFL player's IR statuses are not tracked. I understand why but in a dynasty format this seems a little glitchy. Are there any considerations on this site to carry over player's IR statuses immediately when the new NFL fantasy season starts?
Like the previous threads suggested though, that is the format we'll be following and we'll take a look into tweaking it for offseasons in the future.
It's very tough in the offseason to diagnose injuries from our standpoint because even the NFL doesn't require teams to officially place players on PUP until the end of training camp.
In a few of my dynasty leagues, we increase the active roster by the same number of IR spots allowed once the new Flea season begins, and eliminate IR until preseason when Flea starts placing injury tags on players once again. It takes a little work by the Commish, but is a fair workaround.

The NFL doesn't have an IR in the off-season either. The players should be cut or put back on the active roster imo.
