Make sure to remind the inactive commisioner to become active. Then wait several weeks. Can't remember how long but maybe three weeks. Then someone can take over the commishioner role and boot the bum out of the league.
You'll get a reply on fleas Twitter... apparently instead of answering questions on here, they'd rather answer questions on a totally different platform for whatever nonsensical reason...
