You can't post pictures from your computer--it needs to be from a link on the Internet, like this

I had to take down the rich text editor for technical reasons but you're still free to paste html, like this:  
 
 
 
The code is <img src="[address of image]" />  
 
Just replace [address of image] with the location of the picture.
