In our league we decided to delay our season to start to week 2, to accommodate the lengthened NFL schedule.
We do not allow transactions until after the first week of play. So, I set the transaction limit to 0.
However, it turns out 0 also means "unlimited" - Just wanted to call this out. 0 does not mean unlimited. 0 means 0.
Now I've got a mess of waiver transactions that I have to back out, because there's no way to undo transactions this means I have a bunch of manual crap to deal with.
