What is the best way to enforce a deadline for teams to enter keepers?
For example, the deadline to set keepers is this Friday at 7:00 PM. As commish, how do I prevent teams from entering or changing keepers after that time?
Put another way, is there a way to clear rosters, except for keepers, and if so, how?
You could let them know that if they don't set the keepers then all of their players will be dropped. In League Settings, you should see a "Clear Non-Keepers" that you can use to send all of the players not set back to the player pool before the draft.
I understand that in order to assign keepers to a specific round at the beginning of the draft, I need to manually alter the order for each round. In this way, picks will be altered at the end, in order for each team to fill their roster. Is this correct?
Yes, that's correct -- you can use the round-by-round customization option to delete picks for specific rounds that represent keepers and additional picks will get added at the end of the draft so that the owner is able to fill their roster.

Hello!

Hope this helps!
