I see when you go to Teams > Picks you can see each respective team's current year (2023) and future years (2024 and 2025) draft picks. Is there a way to edit the future years draft picks such as ownership of a pick?
I see if you go to League > Settings > Draft you can you can Edit Draft Order and from there assign a specific pick to a given team for this 2023 season which we have already successfully done but is there a way to do that for future picks such as in 2024?
We just moved our league from CBS Sports to Fleaflicker about a month ago and prior to that while we were still on the CBS Sports fantasy platform a trade was made between two teams where one team received a 2024 2nd round pick and now we want to be able to assign that 2024 2nd round pick to the other team that received it in the trade. Is that possible to do now or do we have to wait until after this 2023 season is over and then when it converts to the 2024 season use the same Edit Draft Order/Assign picks feature be see for the current year to do so?
Yeah unfortunately the other team did not send any of their 2024 draft picks in the trade, it was only the one team receiving a 2024 pick and all other parts in the trade were involving players and a 2023 pick. I was hoping there was a way we could update that 2024 pick now without having them basically reverting the whole trade then re-executing it but it does not seem there is a way to do it currently through a commish edit until we get to next year where we then can assign that 2024 pick to the new owner. Thank you for the feedback though.
I didn't realize the system would allow you to make a trade where the one guy gives up nothing but it looks like it will so that will work. Thank you, really appreciate it!

Pretty certain that the teams who have traded picks will just have to re-trade the future picks.

You can get the teams to trade the pick for nothing. They just have to accept the trade.
