Hello, I have removed an owner from a team in my league and invited a new person. When the new person goes through the process they are told the team name already exists. They are putting in their e-mail, a password and a brand new name that is not used by anyone else.

The new person was previously in the league and their e-mail remained on their old team. The e-mail has since been removed from the old team. They tried the invite afterwards,, Could that be the problem? Do I need to remove the owners from both teams or is there another solution. I e-mailed support but have not heard back.
