Hey guys. Does anybody know if you start a draft one season, can it roll over into the following season? There's a good chance we will be in the middle of drafting, when a new season begins. Does anybody know if this will affect the draft at all? Any input is greatly appreciated 😀
trying to wrap my head around this question - are you saying your league started a draft this season, never finished it & are STILL in the process of drafting it? LOL. That is seriously dysfunctional. When the new season begins on February 12th, all of your progress will get erased & since you didn't finalize your draft, none of the picks will count - all of your rosters will be empty. You'll be forced to start anew. The only solution to carry over the draft is to manually write down all of the picks so far, then manually enter them into the draft when the new season begins, then y'all can pick up where you left off.
I agree that it is a very interesting time to start a draft. We have not started yet, but are scheduled to start at the beginning of january. My concern was we would not be finished before the new season begins. I've suggested we finish up with a live draft, to make sure we're done before the beginning of the new season. Thanks again my friend!
makes no sense. Bail. Bail out now. That league is dysfunctional & the commish is a noob if he doesn't understand how things work in the system. Bail out. Run. Run away fast.
If you want to play in a functional, well-run Dynasty league, I've got some orphans in my Dynasty leagues you could take over. I've been commissioning fantasy football since 1989. I know what I'm doing, lol

This is what I was worried about.

I agree. I'm not the Commish, just trying to help out.
For some reason the rest of the league is in a rush to begin the draft.

Thanks for the offer. I wasn't really looking for any more leagues at this time.

well, you should be bailing out of that dysfunctional mess, so it sounds like you have 1 opening, lol
