@Keith_Hughes - I was able to do it by following those steps I provided. Let me know if you need further help.

By the way, I think I've had this happen in previous years too and the only way to enable free agency adds is to selecting "These are the complete rosters for the season"

For the Fleaflicker staff, it would be really helpful to remove the dependency of the draft from the ability to turn free agent adds on/off - basically to make that its own setting.

so I've done everything you said but all free agents are still locked... How do I keep draft picks available to be traded AND allow people to pick up free agents?

Performing the Edit Rosters worked for me as well. Is there a way to place every Free Agent on waivers? I just don't want one owner grabbing all the good players before anyone else knows about FA. Thanks.

@dehenigin76 - It should open following that as long as your Edit Transaction Rules are set to Lock Free Agents During Preseason = No, Waivers = No for the preseason only - let us know

@kccputech - Yes, go to League>Settings>Edit Transaction Rules>Lock Free Agents During Preseason = Yes and Waivers = No.

@FleaMod - I think I've done what you said correctly but still no "Add" button next to any free agents. My League ID is 46152, could you take a look and let me know what I'm doing incorrectly?

@dhenigin76 - It should be fine. I went to Edit Rosters and selected These are the complete rosters, then selected OK
