I'm from Germany and using ff since 6 years. Now we got a team wich would not be an aktive team in my private league from 2022 but want be a member ro follow the league.

The member im askin for, isn't a member of my league at the moment.

Is it possible that someone will be a member without a team in my league? And if it's possible, what I need to do.
