could you explain how the email draft works?as commish will i physically have to put players on team or will they be removed from player list after each pick?
They will be removed from the pool once they are selected.
Here is how we've been describing it:
An e-mail draft is when players sign on and select players at their own pace through the players tab, we call it a slow draft. At any time a player signs on to make their pick. You can run this instead of a live draft if you wish.
In e-mail drafts, owners can take as little or as much time as they would like to make pick(s). The owner or commish can select for other owners, and pausing is not needed as there is unlimited time to make picks. Once a user makes their pick, the whole league is e-mailed with the selection. The e-mail alert also notifies you when it is your turn in relation to when the last pick was taken.
It will give you the unlimited clock that you are looking for and it alerts the entire league through e-mail after each selection.
Yes, but be sure one player doesn't trade like 1 draft pick in exchange for 4 position players. Sometimes it becomes lopsided and can mess around with the drafting order a bit. Try and make it as close to even regarding picks/players being swapped.
Do you have a screen shots of what the players tab looks like during the draft? Also, can you give me an example of how it might "mess around with the drafting order" when you trade picks for players? Thanks.

This sounds nice. Can trades of draft picks and players be made during the e-mail draft?

Send an email to info@fleaflicker.com and we can provide you with screen shots.
fleaflicker.com - looks something like this though the players will have a commish draft button in green for you or draft when it's your turn
