We just switched from ESPN and we have a 3 point home field advantage that we give home teams. I don't see an option to do that in settings so I was just going to put it in manually. I see a tab for editing past box scores, but not current or future box scores. Is there a current feature that will let me do this or no?

I don't think so. All you can do is add the points once the games are completed.
