Is there a way that I can get a way to drop players and or trade players during the draft
You could try to have a player text commissioner or put in draft chat, then commissioner pauses draft and does it manually.
I've seen / had in-draft trades. I think t during email draft, Our league tried during live draft and it was a challenge for us
