We filled a vacant league spot. The owner who took the orphaned team then made a couple questionable trades that the previous commissioner allowed to go through. The owner who took the team then left the league. Now I (the new commissioner) has to find a new owner for a team that has been taken apart. My question is: Is there a way to give the damaged team an extra pick in the first and second round of our draft?
