I have emailed or put a support ticket into Flea three times over the past few weeks and gotten no response? Is anyone else encountering this? I've periodically submitted tickets during the 12 years using Flea, and always gotten a response.
I'd be interest in hearing in hearing about what your issue is. You're in a Public League, that's the wild west. I always say "don't play in fantasy leagues with strangers".
I'm in a private league, and have been for many years with Flea. The site allows for playoff reseeding for week one of the playoffs, which I do because of our playoff format, but after week one of the playoffs, our seedings are never right. I have to send multiple group texts always updating the league of what the accurate matchups are, who's playing who, what scores are actually in play, etc. All I asked Flea was if they could expand the reseeding capability to all of the playoffs, not just week one. Doesn't seem like a big lift considering the site allows it for the first week. Crickets.
Yes. That won't help. I need commissioner's ability to re-seed, like the site allows prior to week one of the playoffs, for all weeks of the playoffs.
It may somehow be classified as a public league, but it's not. I've been playing with the same core group since 1990, with many of those years using Flea. It's never been open to the public.
So you want to have the playoff seeding based on your divisions? That should be an option, but it's not.
I've been trying to get them to adjust the scoring option for Punters since 2020. There should be an option for getting more points based on how deep the ball is downed inside the 20 instead of the same amount of points for all punts downed inside the 20. I won't stop asking for it, but I am not holding my breath.
Correct, reseeding for the divisions, then the division winners meet for the championship.
It's unfortunate that I have to look for a new site to host the league. Been with Flea a long time, and don't want to be bothered with starting from scratch, but I'm a big customer service guy, and theirs is garbage.

Yes, everyone is experiencing this. Last couple years have been tough to get a response. Pretty sure it's just a one man show now.
I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on anyone getting back to you. Most of us have given up.

Are you talking about the LFFL league? If so, it looks like it’s a public league. So it looks like you have “Rank division winners higher”
Yes.
Under the “League” and then “Rules” tab it has this:
Playoffs
8 Teams; Weeks: 15-17 Tue 12/9-Mon 12/29 (no re-seeding)
I’d say change it to re-seeding instead of no re-seeding

This Website has been on autopilot for several years. There is no customer service. I have seen the creator pop on to answer a question occasionally.
