One of the league members in my league is trying to add a co owner to his team. He sent them the email invite to co own the team but when that owner clicks the link to join, the message received is “Your invitation link is incorrect or has expired. Please request another invitation from a league member”

Please advise how we should proceed to get him added as a co owner.
