I run three (3) keeper leagues, and coaches are already asking why Cam Akers displays as being "IR ineligible." I don't have a good answer for that, hoping Fleaflicker does.
Looks like his status is "Out". Your league settings would need to allow "Out" players to be on IR. Could be his status changed since you posted your note. Hope this helps!
The Rams haven't put him on IR yet, so he is just "out". As stated if you haven't selected out as a valid IR status in your league settingd he won't be eligible
