Am I able to change my lineup daily for basketball? Or do you set it on Monday and it is set for the week?

You signed up for a weekly league in basketball, so not for that one.
Weekly = your player's slot locks when tip off of the first game of the week starts if you lock weekly at game start
Daily = you can make changes each day and the slot locks daily, not for the week
You can check league type on the right side of the league page
