When can we expect pitchers that have only ever been deployed as SP or RP to be changed from P designation. Pretty confident it isn't a qualified number of starts or appearances situation for any of them.
Spencer had 11 RP last year so that gives him the dual eligibility. Jeff similarly had 8 RP last year. If their RP is reduced this year then the eligibility will fall off next season.
