Too often IT and customer service jobs only hear about negatives. It's just the basis of the job - "I have a problem..." or "This doesn't work..." 99.9% of the time the person on the other end is unhappy about something. When that phone rings (or email is received or message is posted), you know it is someone with a problem. 
 
I'm here to tell you that I appreciate the effort you make in responding to the posts and / or making the improvements and corrections.
